Because my blog name is Puding Tahu, I come to tell you how to make Puding Tahu. Here we go!
Materials
Agar-agar powder 1 packet
75 grams of sugar
700 ml water
1 egg yolk
Sweetened condensed milk 75 ml
100 grams tofu, cut into small dice
salt to taste
50 ml egg whites, beaten stiff
Sauce Ingredients
200 ml thick coconut milk
50 grams of sugar
2 pieces of pandan leaves
salt to taste
How to Make
Cook agar-agar and sugar in water until boiling.
Beat the egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk and stir well.
Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable gelatine into the beaten eggs and stir well.
Boil again gelatin to boiling, add the tofu, stirring slowly.
Pour the gelatin in a plastic mold that has been moistened with water, freeze.
Sauce: Boil the coconut milk, sugar, pandan leaves and salt to the boil, remove from heat.
Pudding out ready to be served.
